Up to £55K + Excellent Package
We have a rare opportunity for a skilled IT Projects Auditor to join this leading Insurance Company based out of Dorset.
As an experienced Internal Auditor you’ll provide a value adding service by leading the delivery of audit reviews of processes, controls and systems within the company. You’ll be responsible for planning one or more audit assignments simultaneously which will involve collating information on the area being audited including key systems, organisational structure, financial and budgetary information, any legal or regulatory requirements etc. You’ll then brief the audit manager on the focus and direction and where appropriate clearly identify any specialist support that is needed.
To be successful in this role the IT Project Auditor will be well educated with at least 3 years progressive experience in Information Architecture (IA) roles within a financial services company or similar environment with management experience being an advantage. You’ll hold a recognised Audit ( CIA / MIIA Certified ) or Accountancy Qualification and any additional qualifications such as CFE / CISA being highly beneficial. You’ll be experienced in the review of major projects with project management and delivery being an advantage and you’ll possess strong experience of influencing and challenging senior management and building excellent relationships. You’ll have a track record of adding value and you’ll be commercially aware, a good team player and logical thinker.
