Reporting to the HR Manager, as an Internal / In-House Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle across all functions and levels, with a strong focus on IT and technical roles.

You will be tasked with talking to managers in order to gather requirements and understand new and existing vacancies. You will ensure that job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date, re-writing these where necessary, using standard company templates.

With your focused, tenacious and highly motivated approach, you will achieve significant volumes of high quality hires over a relatively short period of time

Your key duties will include:

- Managing the channels and pipeline and liaising with suppliers
- Introducing and selling the company, creating interest from passive job seekers as well as active ones
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews, supporting managers and interviewing on your own
- Negotiating offers and closing candidates, communicating the benefits of our client's propositions and opportunities

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a proven track record as an IT or technical recruiter, either within an agency or in-house position.

As an Internal / In-House Recruiter, you must be articulate with an excellent attention to detail. The ability to quickly grasp an organisation's culture, operating models, differentiators, technical language and be able to communicate this effectively back to candidates, is essential.
