Organisation Description
A vacancy has arisen due to expansion of the existing team with in one of our prestegious clients based in Marlborough. You will report directly to the Senior Account Executive and be based in a small, friendly and professional office.
Job Description
You’ll focus on extending our customer base into the wider community and will prospect new customers from the local area, mainly focusing on selling home and motor insurance. You will be targeted on selling the whole range of products offered by the company but be doing it with our established reputation behind you.
Building long lasting relationships is key in this role, you are not scripted and are expected to get to know each individual customer well. This approach will enable you to sell without even realising you’re doing it!
You will be working as part of a team and will have the luxury of working in one of the top branches in the company. Depending on skills and experience an annual bonus will be paid of up to 50%.
Person Specification
Ideally you will have a sales background, preferably within the insurance industry, although we are happy to consider exceptional candidates with other experiences. The successful candidate will be self motivated, enthusiastic, and have the ability to work within a team as well as on their own. PC skills are essential.
