Job Description
My Client is a large retail company who are seeking a HR Manager for an interim period of 6 months
Ideally they are seeking someone who has previously worked within a Senior role in HR within a retails company. This is for an immediate start so it would be essential to be able to hit the ground running.
This role will involve both General HR as well as some learning and development and training. You will work closely with store management and ensure that the store HR KPI’s are met. You will also be responsible for the training of staff in employment legislation and ensuring that all regulations regarding hygiene, fire, health and safety and security are met.
