Job Description
A public sector organisation in the Ceredigion area has an immediate requirement for an HR Manager to join their team on a 3 month contract.
This role is reporting directly to the HR Director
The main duties of the role will be to provide advice and guidance to managers on Employment Relations cases and Employment Law issues.
The role with be highly involved in supporting organisational change and development, supporting any departmental restructures and rationalisation programmes, providing advice and support on a range of HR matters which will include redundancies, redeployment and absence. There will also be union negotiations involved in the role.
It is essential that you have previous experience in restructuring and change management, employee relations, leading on ER casework and are up to date with employment law. As well as this, you must be CIPD qualified and available to start work immediately (or on very short notice)
