An experienced HR Consultant is sought for a 6 month contract, supporting an organisation through a redundancy process.Working 3 days a week, this role will support the redundancy process, including managing consultation meetings, collating the relevant paperwork and liaising closely with the HR Team.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will have demonstrable HR generalist experience and have previously managed a redundancy process and be confident, yet empathetic when dealing with the effected employees.
