Interim HR Advisor
Outskirts of Cambridge
Salary up to: £31,000
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide HR advisory support to a varied client group of 500 employees. Working as part of a team, you will manage all the case work for the organisation including: performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance. Experience in managing restructuring programmes and reorganisations is essential for this role. You will be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience.
