One of the world’s largest property management organisations is seeking an interim Finance and Administration Manager to cover a period of maternity cover. The role, which will be based in one of their many property centres, the role will provide support in a variety of accounts and office duties.
Candidates will, ideally, be AAT qualified or equivalent and be competent in both Technical and Systems skills - with good working knowledge of Excel and JD Edwards. Candidates must be strong communicators and a proven people manager and team player. Applicants will be highly organised and resourceful.
Responsibilities will include ensuring timely receipt of payments, undertaking monthly and quarterly turnover figure collection and generating reports from this information. They will be responsible for budget tracking and forecasting, bank reconciliations, invoice reconciliations and overseeing general administration regarding rental, leasing and tenant agreements.
Applicants should be available on short-notice and if not qualified will be qualified by experience. They will be confident, outgoing and personable and have the gravitas to liaise across the organisation.
