Morgan Hunt are recruiting for an Interim Chief Executive in Partnership with our client, a Leeds based Charity that helps to regenerate communities. This is interim Chief Executive role has come about as the organisation is currently reviewing its future options including exploring merger options.
The successful applicant will have wide ranging business experience, excellent interpersonal and management skills, sound commercial awareness and a commitment to providing services to those in acute deprivation.
Key tasks;
• To advise the Board on its future strategy to enable it to achieve its overall mission and to ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently delivered
• To ensure budget targets are achieved and take appropriate action in the light of financial performance
• To advance merger options to a point where the Board can determine what action it wants to take
• To ensure the organisation is effectively represented and promoted
• To ensure effective delivery of strategic plans and take appropriate remedial action to address shortcomings in delivery
• To ensure, in liaison with management staff, the development of appropriate policies to achieve the organisation’s plans
