Underwriter job, Harrogate Salary £16K - £22K depending on experience
Harrogate based niche Insurer are looking to recruit an additional individual to join their successful Underwriting.
You will be required to underwrite policies, liaise with Brokers to ensure that the correct underwriting guidelines are in place. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have experience in developing & maintaining relations with a panel of brokers. You will work towards achieving targets within agreed timescales and have a proactive approach to work. You will be either from a multi-disciplined or specialist fleet background be self motivated, & work well as part of a team. You will need to have the ability to demonstrate an intelligent approach, be able to make decisions and justify decisions made.
