Insurance Services Administrator - ScS Head Office

Role Summary:

Provide a central point of contact for all insurance partner companies and our stores in relation to

the replacement of furniture and carpets. Liaises with varies head office departments and suppliers

to the Company. Preparing reports for the board and regional managers, establishing and

maintaining a product data base and additional admin support as required on a day to day basis.

Core Performance Areas:

  • Day to day contact with insurance partners, stores and Head Office departments.
  • Responding to queries regarding product value / quality and recommending comparative ScS product.
  • Overseeing the general administration of mandates
  • Applying for all authorisations from Insurers and updating these on the system
  • Ensuring all outstanding payments are invoiced and paid
  • Policing of the system to ensure the mandate tender type is not abused
  • Respond to email enquiries, deal promptly and efficiently with all customer enquiries over the phone.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate filing systems for all administration and customer correspondence.
  • Where necessary, provide effective word processing and copy typing support to Management.
  • Reporting on volumes of mandates

  • MS Outlook - E-mail, Calendar, Tasks and Contacts
  • Voice mail
  • World Wide Web
