Insurance Sales Advisor x 2 - Fantastic Opportunity

An Insurance Sales Advisor is responsible in managing and converting all potential, new and existing clients’ sales enquires.  This will be achieved via efficient response times to potential sales leads/enquires and by exceeding client’s expectations.

The role will involve effective client relationship management, identifying potential new business opportunities, maintaining compliant at all times and preparing quotations for all new business enquiries. The role will also include answering and dealing with income calls promptly and advising customers on the products and services we offer.

We are looking for someone who has excellent selling and negotiation skills, the ability to close a sale and overcome objections and be resilient in times of rejection.

The ideal candidate will be driven with a positive attitude and a desire to sell. They will be able to manage multiple tasks as well as having a professional and courteous telephone manner with excellent written spoken communication skills.

Essential

Educated to GCSE C standard including Maths and English or NVQ equivalent

Good keyboard skills including Microsoft Office applications, email and internet

Sales Experience

Experience of dealing with financial products

Desirable

Over-the-phone sales

Selling financial products

37.5 Hours per Week.

Monday - Friday; hours between 9am - 7.30pm

One in three Saturdays.

Occasional overtime required.
