Insurance Renewals Advisor- calling all graduates

Working for this progressive Insurance company delivering a quality service to existing customers, to maximise customer satisfaction, margins, renewal retention and to improve business profitability and own knowledge of insurance.

 Duties include answering complaints in a timely and professional fashion, maximise renewal conversion, process new business quotations or mid term adjustments and maintain all service levels.  You will need at least two years experience within a customer service environment or hold a degree.
