Insurance Credit Controller

My client who is a global leader within the Accident Management industry has an excellent position available within their Ipswich based office, where they are seeking an insurance credit controller to join their thriving accounts team.

The successful candidate will ideally have had experience working within a credit control position ideally within the insurance industry and a good understanding of accounting practices including debt recovery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To maximise profitability by pro-actively chasing outstanding debt to consistently improve upon the Company’s cash flow position. 
• Promote the corporate image of the Company and the Company’s clients through the provision of the highest level of service quality at all times.
• Collect 70% of debt Quarter 1
• Minimise write offs in accordance with their policy

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous credit control experience ideally within insurance
• Insurance Knowledge (Essential)
• Claims Handling Knowledge
• Sales Techniques
• Negotiation
