Our client a successful insurance company is expanding and looking for insurance consultants to work in their various offices.
In this position you will be handling personal lines insurance (i.e. household, motor, pet, caravan and travel). You will be dealing with general insurance enquiries, setting up new policies, amending existing ones, renewals and cancellations.
This role is a face to face and telephone based customer service role with some sales required. Previous insurance experience is not essential although you will need exceptional customer service skills.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm and Saturdays 8.30am - 12pm.
