My client is looking to appoint an experienced Insurance Claims Administrator to process and manage the administrative element of subsidence claims.
You will be acting as the first point of contact for policy holders in relation to their claim for subsidence on their residential property, liaising with insurance companies, appointing contractors and surveyors with a view to finalising the claim within agreed time lines.
You will expected to communicate by telephone, letter and email and updating the policy holder as to the status of the claim on a regular basis, arranging settlement of costs and invoices and obtaining authority direct from the insurance company.
The skills and experienced required for this role are as follows:
- Previous Insurance Claims Administration Experience in either Personal Injury, Property or Subsidence
- Good Communication Skills
- A minimum of GCSE Maths and English (Or Equivalent)
Preference will be given to those candidates with the certificate in insurance (C.I.I.)
