INSURANCE BROKER / ACCOUNT HANDLER

Clark James Insurance Recruitment have a fantastic and rare opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding Insurance business who are looking to recruit a number of Insurance professionals to join their team based in the central London area, just South of the river near The Oval.

This progressive company has exciting expansion plans and are looking for someone special to play a part in their growth.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience including personal lines and small Commercial, particularly shops offices and small businesses.

Salary will depend on experience and a very generous bonus will be paid on new business

Basic salary up to c£18k-£25k and hard work will be rewarded with a substantially higher OTE which will add at least £3,000-£10,000 to your basic.

You will have a good technical knowledge of Personal Lines and small Commercial products and processes and be a confident communicator able to provide a good level of customer service to a loyal client base, strong Household and Property experience is critical.

You will deal with a mixture of new business enquiries, MTA's and renewals with a view to retaining as many customers as possible. You will have the ability to spot potential for business growth as well as the confidence to meet new and existing clients in person. Strong sales ability will mean you can really maximise your earnings.

My client are looking for highly motivated and hungry individuals who are keen to develop their skills and grow with the business. you will ideally live within a 30-45 minute commute from the Oval, unfortunately we cannot submit candidates who do not live fairly locally.
