Insurance Administrator (Part Time)

Our client an established independent brokerage based in Portishead is looking for a Insurance Administrator to join their busy team on a part time basis.

You will be dealing with all aspects of administration relating to general insurance, supporting the Account Handlers and dealing with new and existing clients.

Duties will include the following;

  • Answering main telephone line
  • Answering door and welcoming clients
  • Client Data amendments/additions/deletions
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Dealing with any incoming post
  • Audio typing and filing
  • Liaising with other members of the team and assisting them with their duties
  • Checking and despatch of contract notes

The successful candidate will have two years minimum experience of office administration and have the ability to learn computerised systems quickly. You will possess strong communication skills that will enable you to build good client relationships. Some insurance experience is essential.
