Insurance Account Handling Supervisor

My client is a specialist and growing insurance broking company based in London, with a large client base- predominantly financial institutions. Due to internal changes, they are looking to recruit an experienced Account Handler/ Client Administrator to supervise the team growing team.

For this role candidates will ideally have some financial institutions experience and must have proven PI (Professional Indemnity) experience. Supervisory experience isnt essential, so long as candidates have experience overseeing more junior members of the team and are looking for the next step up.

Key duties will include;

  • Ensure all client related documentation is received and liaising directly with both clients and underwriters
  • Deal with payments, liaising with clients and insurers and client money reconciliation on a monthly basis
  • Working on both new/ prospect clients and existing business
  • Monitor client renewals and generate renewal letters
  • Have responsibility for the systems development of CRM;
  • Manage XChanging and other Lloyds processes and systems including claims data entry into ECF and IMR.
  • Management and updating of internal documentation and templates

For this role candidates must have the relevant PI experience and have experience working within an insurance brokers.
