Our client is a leading high street retailer, instantly recognisable and with a successful history spanning back decades. We are currently looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager for their latest site in the Hartlepool area and need a motivated manager to be involved in the operation of this new venture.
Job Description
Responsible for the instore restaurant, you will be given operational control over the food service and will be expected to set the highest of guest care standards. Financially aware, you will be a hands-on manager comfortable in a counter service, high-volume operation.You role will be to recruit and manage your team, then drive them towards the achievement of your financial targets. you will coach, train and motivate whilst increasing the revenue generation of the business.
Required Experience
Previous experience within the retail/catering environment is essential. You will have a proven record of success either instore or maybe within the coffee/cafe market. Strong branded experience is also an advantage.
Salary
The starting salary for this role is circa £19,000 and comes with good company benefits and the chance to manage a recent opening.
