Our client is looking for a corporate insolvency administrator.
You must have experience of drafting section 98 reports, drafting annual reports dealing with creditors, share holders directors and employees, have an awareness of dealing with retention of title claims, chasing company book debtors, realization of assets and be familiar with the overall liquidation process and documentation involved.
Our client would consider an experienced personal insolvency or general insolvency candidate who had an interest in corporate insolvency especially if they have relevant or related qualification e.g. CPI or accountancy experience.
