Job Description

The EMEA Inside Sales Representative will report to, and directly support the Business Development Manager, as well as working closely with other senior management.  We need an experienced and highly motivated negotiator who has the ability to work commercially with the rest of the business and who is able to produce ad-hoc reports as required; someone who wants to be engaged in our business and appreciated for what they do.  In exchange, we offer a great working environment and location, good benefits, potential future progression and a little fun along the way. 

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients and developing the company's presence in a new territory
  • Supporting the Business Development Manager
  • Maximising the company's client base
  • Managing client relationships, up-selling and cross-selling
  • Set up and coordinate sales meetings, including conference calls
  • Data set-up and input into a new system
  • Customer support and enquiries
  • Following up on sales campaigns

Specific responsibilities and Candidate requirements       

  • Experience in IT Channel or Data Centre market desired
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong customer and product awareness
  • Must be fluent (to a native level) in German, and at least one other Central EU language
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills that can be effectively applied over the phone
  • A proactive and enthusiastic person, looking to win business
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and multiple projects at one time
