An exciting opportunity for a sales person to join an industry market leader. You will have come from a sales or recruitment background and be able to demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to sales activity. This is a full 360° recruitment role and you will responsible for bringing in new business, maintaining and growing that business and time managing your day effectively. Duties of an Industrial Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Building relationships with new clients
- The majority of the week will be dedicated to sales calls
- Coach candidates on interview skills / Skills testing
- Organising your workload in order to maximise efficiency
- Arranging client meetings - driving to clients to represent the company
- Negotiate terms of business
The ideal candidate will be/ or have the following skills:
- Experienced in building business relationships
- Excellent sales skills and with evidence
- Highly driven to succeed and earn bonuses
- Very professional/ business savvy
- Experience of temp service in the industrial sector
- An excellent attitude is essential
- A driving licence is desirable
Targets will be set in relation to the candidates experience and discussed further at the interview stage. A highly competitive salary along with a structured bonus scheme will be offered to the right candidate.
