Industrial Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a new member to join our expanding team. The role will require the consultant to cover days within our North Walsham and Norwich branches. The main focus of the role is to provide temporary staff to a number of key industrial accounts, source suitable applicants, interview, complete sales calls to both current and new clients and operate an on call service for these key clients. Strong telpehone manner, excellent communcation skills, previous sales experience ideally within the recruitment sector, an eye for detail and strong computer skills are all essential to the role. The successful applicant will possess a full driving licence and the ability to work in a team or remain motivated while working as an individual.

Our company is seeking a professional individual to join our unique, established team!The role involves providing staff for a number of key clients covering both our North Walsham and Norwich branches.

Key responsibilities involve sourcing suitable candidates, interviewing, assessing skills, visiting clients and checking in onsite, developing client relationships with both existing and new clients.

Sales play a key part to the role, both telephone based and client visits. This is a full time role and an on call service is essential.

The suitable applicant will possess strong communication skills along with attention to detail, previous experience in sales is essential and experience in recruitment/HR a distinct advantage. A full current driving licence is essential.
