Job Title: Income Officer (Ref No: 3405/A)

Location: Norwich

Salary: £21,125 - £23,480

Contract Term: Permanent

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional member of staff working in the Income Management Team at our Norwich office. The post holder must be assertive and results driven, as we are solely reliant on rental income to provide a wide range of services to our customers. You must have an aptitude for helping people in financial difficulties.

This is a challenging and rewarding role working for a large forward thinking landlord. Experience of delivering excellent customer service is essential. You will spend around a third of your time visiting customers in their own homes. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however full training will be available to the right candidate.

This role has the option of being pro-rata for flexible working hours (minimum of 28 hours per week).
