Due to unprecedented success and growth of the Mortgage Division we will be looking to increase the Protection Team within the contact centre in Mays Meadow Belfast

The Role

By building strong relationships with customer you will help them through one of their biggest financial decisions of their life. Discussing their home insurance and mortgage protection requirements to deliver the most appropriate products for their individual customer circumstances.

Excellent customer service is key to this role and this must be demonstrated on every call. Your day will be a mix of inbound calls and follow-up appointments. You will manage your own diary and delivering on customer expectations is essential. The ability to build rapport and identify opportunities to help our customers is vital.

What are we looking for?

Our telephone teams are customer service driven and goal-orientated and you'll need to ensure that you talk to every customer as an individual and your targets will follow. Staying compliant across the product spectrum is a essential requirement..

We're looking for positive individuals and excellent communicators to work within our range of financial products, which include mortgage protection, insurance, banking and cards. And you'll need a team attitude with the high levels of self-motivation required for you to meet and exceed your customer needs.

Salary:

£17703 + bonus + Excellent Benefits

Hours of work
You will need to be flexible as you will be working on average 35 hours/week, between 8.00 am and 9.00 pm Monday to Friday with at least two Saturdays a month between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm.
