We have an exciting long term, career building opportunity for an Inbound Sales Advisor, working within a financial services organisation at this forward thinking company's prestigious premises this is a fantastic working environment to be within, an expanding company.

The contact centre is open between the hours of 8am and 10pm Monday - Sunday, you will be required to work on average 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shifts basis. The hourly rate for this vacancy is £7.06 per hour

Duties include:

Answering inbound calls from customers enquiring about Personal Loans

Taking customers through the loan application process

Up selling and cross selling additional products.

What are we looking for?

Excellent Customer Service skills

Good problem solving skills

likes working to targets

Previous experience in sales would be advantageous

Candidates must be able to provide references for the last 5 years and pass a credit check.
