Job Description
Customer Service Executive with inbound & outbound experience required for my clients office in Bellshill.
You will be required to work within a small, busy sales team processing inbound/ outbound sales orders and any other customer enquiries.
You will also work within the upgrades department, speaking with client on their products.
It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills, professional telephone manner and experience of working within a call centre environment.
This is an ongoing booking which will start mid April for 3-4 weeks to begin with.
