A very successful company based in Edgware, are looking to add an additional 6 members to their fast growing Inbound Customer Service team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional Customer Service skills, a great telephone manner and the desire to progress within a fast growing and exciting business.
The role will involve taking solely inbound calls from customers, regarding a variety of reasons. You must be capable of dealing with complaints and enjoy problem solving and going the extra mile for customers.

The salary is £19,500 + a great bonus scheme of up to 25% of your salary for meeting various service level agreements.
The hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30 with 1.5 Saturdays per calendar month.
