Our client within the financial industry is seeking to employ Inbound Customer Service Advisors.
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in a call centre environment,
handling customer calls, identifying sales opportunities, dealing with complaints and enquiries and up-selling products and services.
2 Week rotating shift pattern
Week 1 - 1400 - 2200 (Mon - Fri)
Week 2 - 1400 - 2200 (Mon - Thurs) 0900 - 1700 (Sat)
All candidates will be subject to a strict vetting process including a credit check and 3 years referencing.
This is a temporary role with the view of going permanent.
