In-house Recruiter

A well known market leader based in Reigate is seeking an In-house Recruiter to join them on a 6 month contract to support throughout an exciting period of change.

Reporting into the HR Team Manager, the In-house Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire process throughout the recruitment of a number of Head Office vacancies. This will involve liaising with recruitment agencies, shortlisting CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, providing support to line managers and making sure all documentation is completed.

This In-house Recruiter position requires someone that is highly organised, has good influencing skills and can make sure the recruitment process is managed smoothly.
