An In House Creative Designer with previous experience delivering innovative on and offline content, is required to work for an inspirational, award winning beauty brand, to help evolve the existing look and feel of the brand as well as maintain strong brand cues through the delivery of various projects.
You will be a highly creative and passionate designer with previous experience in managing accounts in similar industries including fashion, beauty or retail, with a real interest in these sectors.
The role is based in Swindon on a salary of £25,000 per annum to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:
• Substantial experience of producing designs and content for print and web.
• Must have proven personal portfolio of creative work
• The ability to interpret, understand and execute creative briefs, must be able to challenge them if required and bring their own thoughts and ideas to the team.
• Strong copy-writing skills would be an advantage.
• Thorough working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• HTML and CSS knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external clients.
• Working knowledge of Dreamweaver and Flash is desirable.
