Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 ote £60,000 plus
This is an exceptional opportunity for an IFA who is driven and entrepreneurial to join a renowned company who have a strong reputation within the market place and one who will provide ongoing support and development to expand their business.
My client will provide back office support, a dedicated marketing team to work alongside you and offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, and the platform to grow your client bank.
My client is looking to be completely open and flexible around each individuals expectations but this opportunity extends to people writing in excess of £80,000 per year of written business. All of the advisers on board are at Diploma standard the rest are at Chartered level.
The company are able to provide a number of leads, but they are looking for the right individuals to be able to bring their own clients over to get themselves up and running, to then in turn have a great platform to grow their business. It is absolutely essential that you can bring your clients across with you within 3 months.
Salary is negotiable, typically advisors are paid between £30 - £40k, bonus kicks in upon written business 3 times your base salary. If you are confident of your ability then decreasing your base salary will certainly yield higher income and this is the sort of individual they are looking to recruit.
