Our client is a 2 man IFA firm with premises in central Wells with a reputation for sound, generalist advice.
As the principle is looking to retire, he is now looking to pass his business on to another IFA with the business turnover in excess of £130,000 in new business.
He is looking for a staggered exit payout from the current business, which does require some streamlining, and to act in the future as an introducer only for future clients.
The current business has one active high end estate agent introducer, a healthy General Insurance book, and fully serviced offices in central Wells.
Our client is open to discussion about how best to facilitate a staggered exit, and we would like to invite initial enquiries for this role.
