They can provide real lead generation with connections with many trade unions and affinity markets. In 2011 60% of all business written originated from leads provided by the firm. Commission rates range from 60% to 85% on self- generated business depending on business levels and 40% to 65% on business written from leads. Discounted PI and fees are included as part of the package.
