My client, who are a highly successful regional IFA and Wealth Management organisation, are looking for a part time IFA Administrator to work within their Leeds city centre office. My client are looking for a financial services administrator to provide one to one support to one of their most profitable IFA's in a part time capacity.

As a Financial Services administrator within this firm, you will provide full administrative support to the regulated advisor in the office, and liaise with Insurance Companies, clients, customers and other colleague via telephone and also face to face. You will be required to work Monday - Friday (4-5 hours per day), 2-3 full days won't be considered. You MUST HAVE current or previous experience providing support to IFA's or other regulated Financial Advisors.

Applicants must be experienced providing administrative duties within a Financial Services environment (IFA, Wealth Management Firm, Product Provider) and ideally have experience in using 1st software.

Preference will be given to those applicants holding FPC/CF qualifications (or equivalent) although this isn't a necessity if you have specific experience in this role. You must however be willing to attain these qualifications in the role.
