ICT support technician - Bucks/Beds - 18-21,400

Schools support organisation with a central office in Milton Keynes area requires an experienced helpdesk and/or field support technician to support sites across the UK primarily from the office. Having a good understanding of server 2003, XP, windows 7, exchange, AD, backup and security policies is essential. Any knowledge of Sharepoint, SIMS, ITIL, Project and VMware ESX server would be highly advantageous. Understanding networks within an education context is highly advantageous and being able to pass a CRB test is crucial. You will be responsible for supporting a school in Bedford on a weekly basis and other sites as required means car owners and drivers would be required
