Job Description
I am looking to recruit an experienced Helpdesk Support Technician for our award winning client based in Winsford on a temporary basis .
Hours of work for this role are as follows :
Mon -Thurs 8.30- 5.30
Friday 8.30 -4.30
Duties Include :
- Provide 1st Line maintenance support to line users
- Accountable for 1st line responce & action resolutions as and when required
- Raising and coding orders
- Issuing & arranging repair of mobile phones
- Updating the ICT section of the company intranet
Suitable candidates must have experience within a first line support role
