Job Description
A FTSE 100 organisation urgently seeks an experienced ICT Contract Manager to manage the contractual performance within a complex and high value outsource contract. In addition you will manage all of the contracts improvement activities.
You will monitor ICT contractual performance, compliance and provide quality management.
You will ensure the supplier meets all SLA’s and KPI’s as outlined in the contract.
You will monitor contractual billing rates and look to improve contract value.
You will provide reports and information management to the supplier and internal customers.
You will have an excellent background as an ICT Contract Manager, having worked with leading corporate sized and above organisations. You will have previous experience in all aspects of contract management and will have been in charge of £ multi million complex ICT contracts.
You will have thorough knowledge in ICT contract management, contract law, negotiation and service level agreements.
