Johnson Controls has an exciting opportunity for a HRIS Administrator (FTC 10 Months) to join their team based in Aldershot. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with HR business partners across EMEA, as well as line managers to ensure: data integrity within PeopleSoft and Taleo is at a high standard, documentation is fully completed and approval processes are adhered to, requests are dealt with in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure accuracy of HR System, payroll and benefits processes and adherence to Company Compliance & Integrity Programme The Role of the HRIS Administrator (FTC 10 Months): Responsible for accurate maintenance of values in HRIS application tables, as defined by Johnson Controls procedures Key role in maintaining data integrity in all HR systems by running data audits, analysing data and working with the European HR and SSC teams to make required changes Assists with security administration to the HR systems to ensure a secured environment for PeopleSoft and other HR applications to maintain the integrity of the data and prevent unauthorized access, enforces access policies, and provides end user support for data access issues Provides customer support for field organization use of HRIS To support the administration process associated with Request to Hire and PAN documents To develop and meet the SLA's of processing paperwork To assist the business with ensuring that the relevant data (as determined by PeopleSoft) is included in the paperwork and is accurate Work with the GWS HR Operations team, line managers and Compensation and Benefits team to get the appropriate approval levels The ideal candidate should have/be: Experience with HR Systems (PeopleSoft preferred) Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Excel & Word (with the ability to generate excel reports to intermediate level preferred).
