We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Services Manager to join the team based from our Head Office in Coventry. As HR Services Manager, you will be required to lead a team of HR Coordinators providing support for our 1500 employees.
You will have responsibility for transactional activities including compensation and benefits, payroll, first line employment law queries and HR information systems. You will also develop and embed service level agreements and KPI's in line with the HR Strategy. Key projects will include the implementation of HR shared services, self service and a review of employee benefits. Having previously set up or worked extensively within an HR Shared Service function, you will have substantial experience of managing transactional HR activity with prior exposure to payroll and HR information systems.
You will have strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coach, motivate, develop and inspire your team to deliver results within a target driven and fast paced environment. Your communication and relationship skills will be exceptional with both internal and external stakeholders.
