This renowned national business has recently experienced significant growth and are therefore looking for an up-and-coming HR/ Recruitment Assistant to ensure an effective on-boarding and advice to new employees across the organisation. As the HR/ Recruitment Assistant you will provide general support and advice to new employees across the whole of the organisation on a variety of issues as well as conducting all pre employment and reference checks.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough right to work checks, collating reference through to screening pre employment history up to 3-5 years. You will also be the first point of contact for all compliance queries across the organisation and will be responsible for liaising with line managers throughout the whole process. You will also get the opportunity to work on a number of projects including supporting with the production and distribution of policies and assisting with the preparation of various reports to both the management team and HR operations department.
You must have previous experience working within a similar role specifically of working on collecting references and pre employment history and will be looking to really establish your career within HR. You will be eager to work within a large HR team and be able to work in a really high volume and fast paced team.
