Duties:
- Agree resource requirements
- Formulate job description/advert
- Investigate most appropriate advertisement options and advertise
- Filter candidates
- Organise interviews
- Conduct first line interviews
- Offer letter and contracts
- Conduct inductions for new starters
- Deal with new starter paperwork
- Handle any internal HR issues
- HR admin - employee letters, personnel files, recording of absence
- Updating of training records and booking courses
