MVS Audio Visual, a national Audio Visual & Security Business employing a 50 strong team, requires a HR & Recruitment Administrator to work from their offices in Ferndown.

Duties:

  • Agree resource requirements
  • Formulate job description/advert
  • Investigate most appropriate advertisement options and advertise
  • Filter candidates
  • Organise interviews
  • Conduct first line interviews
  • Offer letter and contracts
  • Conduct inductions for new starters
  • Deal with new starter paperwork
  • Handle any internal HR issues
  • HR admin - employee letters, personnel files, recording of absence
  • Updating of training records and booking courses

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a confidential environment
  • Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proactive
  • Organised
  • Excellent use of the Microsoft Office suite
