Working closely with senior management, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring application of the appropriate HR legislation and policy, managing the consultation process and ensuring accuracy and validation of data used during the implemtnation of this service.

The successful candidate will have proven significant experience in a HR role supported by excellent communication, organisation, influencing and negotiation skills.
