Job Description
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you are responsible for providing professional and effective HR full function support to Hong Kong and Macau office include Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Retention, Employee Communication and Relation. As a business partner, you will work closely with Hong Kong GM and Project Managers to provide professional and strategic HR advice.
Requirement
You should be a Degree holder in Human Resources / Business with at least 6-8 years solid HR Generalist experience in Manufactory or Construction company. You must be a good team player with effective communication skills and able to handle multi-tasks under pressure.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential.
