Organisation Description

A well established market leading European MNC with an extending portfolio is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to support the Singapore based operations of the business.  

Job Description

This is a generalist position to cover the full spectrum of HR activities. You will be directly responsible for managing all HR related initiatives, policies and procedures to ensure that the overall objectives of the business are met in addition to managing a team of direct reports to yourself. You will be liaising closely with leaders across the business on a regional and global platform to understand the needs of the business and provide sound advice and recommendations.

Person Specification

Along with your Degree in a related discipline, you will have between 8 to 10 years of HR experience with at least 4 years within a managerial capacity. You will be commercially focused with exceptional communication and negotiation skills at all levels of business in addition to expert knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment laws and practices. You will be hands-on and proactive with strong leadership skills and take a strategic approach to problem solving.
