Our client an award winning market leader currently seeks a HR Manager for a 10 month contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy and ensuring HR policies and procedures to support the needs of the business. You will also provide best practice in the areas of recruitment, succession planning, employee relations, performance management and Learning and Development.
In this role you will be managing a HR Advisor and will be managing performance management frameworks including appraisals, personal development plans and formal capability management. You will also be responsible for MI reporting.
Ideally CIPD qualified you must have strong Employment Law knowledge as well as strong IT skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
