The Role:
- As a hands on generalist Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will provide a proactive, highly professional and efficient HR advisory service to Directors and Mangers in line with current employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering the HR strategy and proactively supporting management in the delivery of the wider business strategy
- Developing, maintaining and implementing all HR policies and procedures
Advising all employees regarding people related matters including, discipline, grievance, capability, restructuring and performance management. - Recruitment and Selection and the induction of all new employees
- Providing personnel related management information to improve business performance
Applicants Must:
- Be CIPD Qualified OR have extensive industry experience in a similar role
- Have a good depth of expertise in HR management and up to date knowledge of UK employment law legislation
- Have the ability to gain credibility within the business and influence at all levels
- Posses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be experienced working in a fast paced operational environment
- Have previous exposure to BRC & Ethical audits, GLA legislation, and CSR initiatives
