Job Description
Reporting into the HR Director and managing a HR Executive you will support the commerical and retail side of business working on an operational and strategic level to recruit retain and develop the best talent for the business. You will also work closley with function experts to implement initiatives in your business unit.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 7+ years experience in HR and ideally a couple of year experience managing people from a retail, fmcg or hospitality background. You will be used to partnerning and providing a generalist HR service to business within a large complex MNC.
