A market leading global consumer MNC organisation is currently recruiting for a HR Manager to focus on employee engagement and change management
Job Description
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager you will be responsible for improving relations with employees across the business through developing and implementing internal communication and employee engagement strategies. You will also assist with change management programmes through apply process and tools and effective communicating change and its effects with key stakeholder and employees.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 8+ years experience within HR ideally within a large MNC with experience of implementing global policies across the region or facilitating change management programmes. You will be commercial aware with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the business.
